Your Blue KC member ID card is the key to accessing your benefits. Present it at appointments, pharmacies or any time you receive care to ensure your coverage follows you wherever you go.

What you’ll need to take to an appointment

Medicare members use their Medicare card combined with a Medicare Supplement card for care and may need to present both cards at the time of care. Your Medicare Supplement card from Blue KC may look similar to the sample card below, depending on which plan you’re enrolled in.

How long does it take to receive my ID card?

If you are a new member, change plans, or request a reissue of a new card, delivery can take approximately 7-10 business days and will be delivered through USPS.
