Blue KC Care Management App
For employees managing chronic conditions or complex health needs, the Blue KC Care Management app provides personalized guidance, medication reminders, and direct communication with a dedicated Care Team.
Spira Care Patient Account
For employees with plans that include Spira Care, the Spira Care Patient Account allows them to quickly and conveniently communicate with their Care Team, view test results, and review their medical history.
1Blue KC members enrolled in plans (without a Health Savings Account) with exclusive access to Spira Care Centers will have no additional cost for any appointment or service provided at a Spira Care Center. Blue KC members enrolled in a plan with a Health Savings Account or HSA eligible with exclusive access to Spira Care Centers will incur a charge for an office visit at a Spira Care Center. Once a member has met their deductible, any future primary care needs at a Spira Care Center are at no additional cost. Preventive services are covered at 100 percent.
