How SmartShopper works
SmartShopper pays cash rewards for choosing SmartShopper-eligible providers and procedures. Reward amounts vary depending on procedures.
To access SmartShopper, employees can visit their member portal at BlueKC.com then search for a procedure or test. SmartShopper will display eligible providers, costs, and reward amounts. The program leverages Blue KC’s local and national network of providers and facilities.
