Regular checkups keep your smile bright. We cover preventive services at 100% when you visit an in-network PPO dentist. This includes:
- Regular cleanings
- Routine exams
- X-rays
Your dental plan includes coverage for a wide range of services beyond preventive care. After meeting your deductible, you’ll share the cost through coinsurance for:
