Blue KC awards annual Healthcare Innovation Prize
Blue KC, in partnership with the Regnier Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and the Henry W. Bloch School of Management, awarded the Blue KC Healthcare Innovation Prize to two groups of college students last April.
The first-place prize was awarded to Foliagraft for its innovative approach to healing human burn wounds with decellularized spinach leaves. The second-place prize went to InforMedic for its approach to revolutionizing the life insurance underwriting process through automation and summarization.
