Blue Medicare Advantage members to receive enrollment options letter in October
In the first week of October, Blue Medicare Advantage members will receive a letter from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City (Blue KC) about alternative enrollment options for 2025. The letter will include instructions on how to get help understanding their options.
This is the second communication Blue MA members will receive since Blue KC announced in June that it will exit the MA market. See upcoming important dates related to this change.
