Commission statement website to sunset December 31, 2024
The commission statement website, SAP (Callidus) Sales Performance, will be sunsetting December 31, 2024. If you receive a monthly commission deposit for individual and family plans (IFP) or employer group business, please log into SAP to download your historic commission statements. The system will not be available to download these documents after December 31.
Deposit date update
Individual and family plan lines of business include: Grandmothered, grandfathered, short term, dental, Medicare Supplement pre-2022, and Medicare Supplement post-2022. Commission for these lines of business will be deposited on the seventh business day starting in November. Employer group commission deposits will remain on the fifth business day.
New commission statement portal
Thanks to new technology, Blue KC now offers an improved agent experience for reconciling commission payments. Individual and family plan Excel statements will be available for download through the commission statement portal starting in November.
