Keep Track of Your Medications

If you take several medications, it can be difficult to remember if you’ve taken them. Also, many medications will not work properly if you miss or skip doses, which can lead to health complications, and even increased healthcare costs. Taking too much of a medication, by not keeping track, can also have risks.

It’s not just prescription medications that you need to remember to take as directed. This includes over-the counter (OTC) medications and vitamins too. Keeping track of your medications doesn’t have to be a source of anxiety or frustration. That’s why we’re sharing tips for how to keep track.
